Great North Owners Portal (property management portal)
Your login is your email. If Great North doesn’t have an email on file, you cannot get into the portal.
If you do not have a login, please click the “sign up” link on the right in the portal, to go to the registration page.
Then, fill out the fields that include email, name, phone, account, password, confirm password, and registration key.
If the website is not recognizing your password, please click “I forgot my login/password” link.
Your individual dashboard shows you what your account balance is, your name, address, account number. There is a blue button – to make a payment.
Requests – submit a request. Work orders are under general request
Calendar – dates of meetings and events
Documents – meeting minutes, condo docs, contracts
