Our community has 198 Single Family homes within its borders.  They are represented by five members on the Westgate Village Homeowners Association.

Our community has 159 Townhouse condominiums.  They are located on Spring Cove, Cortez, Silverton, and Redwood Circle . The Townhomes are represented by the Westgate Village Condominium Board, and have three members on  the Westgate Village Homeowners Association Board. 

Our community has 60 Garden style condominiums located in two Candlewood Park Buildings.  Candlewood is represented by its Candlewood Board of Directors, and has one member on the Westgate Village Homeowners Board.
